The Background
Ocean Taekwondo Academy has been set up to introduce martial arts to younger children, the class has been designed to help children’s early years development.
It also introduces discipline and martial arts skills, including basic movement for blocking, striking, kicking, patterns (sequence of technique), and also stretching techniques, whilst teaching basic Korean terms like counting to ten.
At this age the students are impressionable and very eager to learn, so installing a good attitude whilst improving their physical and mental capabilities is essential.
